An airline's operations facility supports time-critical work that cannot simply stop for a technology refresh. Flydubai needed a coordinated refurbishment that touched almost every system in the building — the structured cabling, the data centre, audio-visual, surveillance, and physical access control — delivered as one programme rather than a series of disconnected trades.
We delivered the structured cabling system, the data centre, the audio-visual systems, CCTV, and the physical access layer — turnstile gates and speed gates — under one programme and one accountable team. Interfaces between systems were held and coordinated so the airline received a coherent, fully integrated environment, commissioned and documented end to end.
