At an ultra-luxury resort, the technology has to disappear into a flawless guest experience. Across 820 rooms, the programme required a structured cabling backbone, background-music audio distribution, and a fully implemented guest-room management system (GRMS) — all installed to a finish standard that matched the property, and on a two-month window aligned to the opening.
We installed the structured cabling backbone, the AV and background-music system, and implemented the guest-room management system across all 820 rooms — the lighting, climate, and service controls a guest interacts with on arrival. Delivery was sequenced room by room to the property's finish standards and opening timeline.
