Data-centre build and migration for a police authority
Installed 80 server racks with containment and structured cabling, then supported a live equipment migration — in 25 days.
A police authority needed a new data-centre hall stood up and a live environment migrated into it on a tight 25-day window — work where downtime and data-handling carry real operational consequences. The scope spanned the physical build, the rack-to-rack cabling, and hands-on support for the migration of equipment from the existing environment.
We installed 80 network server racks, the hot/cold-aisle containment, and the cable baskets, then ran and certified the rack-to-rack structured cabling in copper and fibre. With the hall ready, our team installed equipment and supported the migration activity — sequencing the move to protect the authority's operations throughout.
