The challenge

A global cloud platform was building greenfield capacity in a fast-growing Midwest market where speed to energization is everything. They needed independent owner-side oversight to protect schedule, budget, and technical intent across designers, contractors, and the utility — and a commissioning program that would prove the facility before load arrived.

Energized on schedule, commissioned to intent

We acted as the owner's representative from design review through energization — coordinating the utility interconnection, holding contractors to the schedule, and defending the design intent against value-engineering that would have eroded resilience. Our commissioning team then proved every system, so the platform inherited a facility that was verified, liquid-ready, and ready for load.
