ICT backbone for a landmark mixed-use development
Delivered a 13,000-point structured cabling backbone and a 2,500-camera security system across a flagship waterfront development.
A flagship waterfront development needed the converged digital backbone that everything else would ride on — voice, data, building systems, and security — across multiple towers and thousands of end points. At 13,000 cabling points and 2,500 cameras, the challenge was less about any single system and more about delivering a vast, consistent, fully certified infrastructure on a multi-year construction programme without becoming the critical path.
We engineered and installed the full structured cabling system — 13,000 points of copper and fibre — and the integrated CCTV and security network of 2,500 cameras, sequenced to the construction programme floor by floor and tower by tower. Every link was tested and certified to manufacturer warranty standards, giving the development a single, documented backbone ready for fit-out and operation.
