About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns the full recruiting lifecycle for CloudData.Center — sourcing highly specialized technical and commercial talent across data center engineering, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and sales disciplines in multiple global markets.
What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all CloudData.Center departments: commercial, delivery, and corporate
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, industry networks, conference communities, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for priority roles across US, India, and Middle East markets
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview guides, and scoring rubrics
- Track recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source quality
- Manage relationships with specialist recruiting agencies and headhunters
What we need
- 4+ years in technical recruiting for a technology, infrastructure, or consulting firm
- Experience recruiting specialized roles: cloud architects, data center engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and sales executives
- Proficiency with ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate outreach
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, data center, or infrastructure roles
- India or Middle East recruiting market experience
