About the role
The Senior Security Engineer deploys and operates zero trust security controls and SOC capabilities for CloudData.Center clients — configuring NGFWs, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and network security across data center environments.
What you will do
- Deploy and configure Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Prisma Access, and Cortex XSIAM
- Implement CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint and cloud workload protection
- Configure SIEM rules, correlation logic, and incident response playbooks
- Implement network microsegmentation and zero trust access policies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration test coordination
- Monitor security telemetry and respond to incidents in client environments
- Generate compliance evidence and audit-ready reporting for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Support physical security system integration: Genetec VMS, Lenel access control
What we need
- 5+ years in security engineering within data center, cloud, or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Prisma or equivalent
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms: Cortex XSIAM, Splunk, or Sentinel
- Strong understanding of network security: firewall policy design, IDS/IPS, DLP
- Security certification: CCNP Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
Nice to have
- CrowdStrike CCFA/CCFR certification
- Experience with cloud workload protection (CSPM/CWPP)
