About the role
The Senior Associate supports Strategy engagements with market research, financial modeling, capacity analysis, and client deliverable development. You will work directly with Principal Consultants on feasibility studies and investment roadmaps across all geographies.
What you will do
- Conduct market research on data center demand, supply, power availability, and competitive landscape
- Build financial models for data center investment cases (CapEx, OpEx, IRR, NPV)
- Develop site comparison matrices and scoring frameworks for site selection
- Produce capacity planning models for GPU cluster and power density scenarios
- Create client-ready strategy decks, reports, and executive summaries
- Support due diligence processes for infrastructure investor clients
- Maintain market intelligence databases on carriers, utilities, and colocation providers
What we need
- 3–6 years in management consulting, infrastructure advisory, real estate analysis, or financial modeling
- Strong quantitative skills: Excel/financial modeling, data analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive narratives
- Excellent written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Nice to have
- Exposure to data center, cloud, or energy infrastructure
- Familiarity with GPU economics and AI workload cost modeling
