About the role
The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect owns the technical stage of every enterprise pursuit — designing solutions, authoring proposals, and earning technical trust across CloudData.Center's 8 solution areas. You are the bridge between what a client needs and what CloudData.Center can deliver.
What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements workshops with enterprise prospects
- Design solution architectures spanning one or more service lines
- Author technical sections of RFPs, capability presentations, and statements of work
- Build and deliver executive presentations that articulate ROI and differentiation
- Develop reusable proposal assets, reference architectures, and competitive battle cards
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop objection handling playbooks
- Support Sales in qualifying opportunities and shaping deal structure
What we need
- 6+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in data center, cloud, or infrastructure
- Hands-on knowledge across 3+ of: data center design, power/MEP, AI/GPU infrastructure, network architecture, cybersecurity, or DCIM
- Strong ability to translate complex infrastructure into business value narratives
- Experience authoring RFP responses and architecture documents
- Comfortable presenting to both technical teams and C-level executives
Nice to have
- Certifications: CDCP, CDCS, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, or equivalent
- Experience in AI/GPU infrastructure: H100/B200 clusters, InfiniBand, liquid cooling, MLOps
