About the role
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager supports the CloudData.Center leadership team with calendar management, travel coordination, board materials, vendor coordination, and the day-to-day administrative operations of a fast-moving infrastructure firm.
What you will do
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones (US, India, Middle East, Europe)
- Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and briefing documents
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, leadership offsites, and client events
- Manage vendor relationships for office and operational tools
- Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and travel booking
- Maintain company records, file management, and administrative systems
- Support onboarding of new employees with logistics and systems access
What we need
- 4+ years as an executive assistant or office manager in a fast-paced technology or professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with productivity tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Nice to have
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a global company
- Familiarity with board and investor communication processes
