About the role
CloudData.Center's Director of Sales leads the full commercial cycle — from outbound prospecting through contract signature. You will target AI labs, cloud operators, colocation providers, enterprises, and infrastructure investors across North America and India, and build the playbook for scaling sales.
What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed MSA
- Develop and execute a territory plan targeting North America and India markets
- Lead discovery and solution mapping sessions to translate client requirements into proposals
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to shape scopes, pricing, and commercial terms
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting
- Represent CloudData.Center at industry events and executive briefings
- Feed market intelligence back into service line development
- Hit and exceed quarterly ARR targets; report to CEO
What we need
- 8+ years of B2B technology sales, with 3+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with $500K+ contract values
- Solid understanding of data center concepts: power, cooling, colocation, GPU infrastructure, or cybersecurity
- Track record of building pipeline from zero in a greenfield or startup environment
- Excellent C-suite communication and CRM discipline
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with AI labs, data center developers, or cloud hyperscaler procurement
- Experience selling advisory or program management services alongside technology
- Middle East or European market exposure
