About the role
The DCIM & Operations Intelligence Analyst manages DCIM platforms, builds operational dashboards, and drives data-driven efficiency improvements for CloudData.Center managed facility clients — covering power, thermal, capacity, and asset lifecycle.
What you will do
- Administer and configure DCIM platforms (Nlyte, Sunbird, or Schneider EcoStruxure IT) for client facilities
- Build and maintain real-time operational dashboards covering PUE, power utilization, thermal performance, and capacity
- Perform capacity planning analysis and forecasting for power, cooling, and space
- Generate SLA performance reports, energy reports, and executive operational summaries
- Develop and maintain accurate asset inventories, floor plans, and rack documentation
- Support predictive maintenance programs using DCIM analytics and alert management
- Integrate DCIM data with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) for automated workflows
What we need
- 3+ years in data center operations, DCIM administration, or infrastructure analytics
- Hands-on experience with Nlyte, Sunbird, Schneider EcoStruxure IT, or equivalent DCIM platform
- Proficiency with data visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools: ServiceNow or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience integrating DCIM with BMS/EPMS systems
- Data center capacity planning methodology experience
