About the role
The Client Engagement Manager ensures every CloudData.Center engagement delivers on its promise and that clients expand and renew. You are the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of active engagements — from feasibility studies to 24/7 operations contracts.
What you will do
- Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of active clients
- Facilitate client onboarding, kickoff, and ongoing governance
- Monitor engagement health: scope adherence, milestones, SLA performance, and satisfaction
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities across additional solution lines
- Coordinate between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Produce executive-grade QBRs and performance reports
- Manage contract renewals and expansion negotiations with Sales
What we need
- 5+ years in account management, client success, or engagement management within technology, infrastructure, or professional services
- Proven ability to manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Strong understanding of project delivery dynamics
- Commercial acumen: comfortable discussing contract terms, pricing, and expansion scope
- Infrastructure, cloud, or data center engagement background preferred
Nice to have
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing government, financial services, or healthcare enterprise accounts
