About the role

The Client Engagement Manager ensures every CloudData.Center engagement delivers on its promise and that clients expand and renew. You are the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of active engagements — from feasibility studies to 24/7 operations contracts.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of active clients
  • Facilitate client onboarding, kickoff, and ongoing governance
  • Monitor engagement health: scope adherence, milestones, SLA performance, and satisfaction
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities across additional solution lines
  • Coordinate between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
  • Produce executive-grade QBRs and performance reports
  • Manage contract renewals and expansion negotiations with Sales

What we need

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or engagement management within technology, infrastructure, or professional services
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Strong understanding of project delivery dynamics
  • Commercial acumen: comfortable discussing contract terms, pricing, and expansion scope
  • Infrastructure, cloud, or data center engagement background preferred

Nice to have

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing government, financial services, or healthcare enterprise accounts
